Visual System of Canovelles Social Services
When approaching the creative concept to support the work of the Basic Social Services of Canovelles, it is first necessary to carry out a thorough analysis of their main lines of action. These include guaranteeing the defense of citizens’ rights for all residents of the municipality; promoting social cohesion and acting against social exclusion by facilitating the integration of all citizens; helping people with social needs; supporting young people and families at risk; promoting vocational training and job placement for people at risk of exclusion; fighting poverty and social exclusion; safeguarding the rights of children and young people; fostering the social integration of people with intellectual disabilities through the EINA program; working towards zero tolerance for gender-based violence, and supporting people who suffer abuse.
Once the analysis was completed, our strategy team translated it into core values: accompaniment, support, proximity, involvement, commitment, attention, care, vigilance, integration, and inclusion.
These distinctive values have shaped the visual system, which incorporates the claim “Social Services, we accompany you”, a color system based on areas of action, a friendly typographic family (Red Hat Display), and its application across the necessary communication materials — both offline and online: social media, brochures and flyers, roll-ups, posters, and more.
