The foundation “Democracia y Gobierno Local” is a non-profit technical entity, established in May 2002. It leads a plural and open project, configuring itself as a meeting place to share experiences and exchange ideas in order to stimulate collaboration between local governments.
To explain its work taking advantage of the Christmas season, Medina Vilalta & Partners has created a motion graphic animation that constructs and explains in a playful way the objectives developed by the foundation.
