WEB PLATFORM SO THAT B:SM STAFF CAN SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS TO THEIR WORKING ENVIRONMENT, NEW MILESTONES OR TASKS TO BE COMPLETED.
CHALLENGE: To create a graphic environment that can project B:SM’s corporate values and encourage high interactivity.
SOLUTION: Ordering the various actions to be carried out among ideas and challenges. Evaluation functionality of the proposals in the two fields and creating rankings.
RESULTS: Creation of a highly intuitive, usable website that allows the interaction of multiple user profiles: suggesting challenges and ideas and voting to choose the best of these.
