GENERAL COUNCIL OF ASSOCIATIONS OF CHARTERED PROPERTY MANAGERS IN SPAIN – EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN 2: YOUR RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION NEEDS A CHARTERED PROPERTY MANAGER
CAMPAIGN AIMED AT REPOSITIONING THE FIGURE OF CHARTERED PROPERTY MANAGERS IN SOCIETY AND INCREASING RECOGNITION OF THE PROFESSIONAL WORK THEY DO.
CHALLENGE: To promote and recognise a profession that has been characterised as working in an effective, constant yet very discreet manner.
RESULTS: Creation of a mass advertising campaign open to society. The various stages of the campaign focus on and identify many of the problems that chartered property managers effectively resolve and express the benefits of peace-of-mind and well-being they produce in the residents’ associations they manage.
SOLUTION: Launch of a high impact visual campaign based on the many tasks that are left undone in a residents’ association that is not managed by a chartered property manager.
