CHARTERED PROPERTY MANAGERS IN SPAIN / COMMUNICATION MASTER PLAN 2018-2019
COMMUNICATION PROGRAMME FOR THE GROUP OF CHARTERED PROPERTY MANAGERS IN SPAIN.
CHALLENGE: To create a two-way communication programme with a dual aim. Firstly, to continue challenging and convincing the group of chartered property managers in Spain of the need to move forward with their brand, establishing internal communication within the group to help them become spokespersons of their profession and increase the need of belonging and connection to the brand that represents them. Secondly, to enhance external communication aimed at society in general, forging a new relationship with citizens so that they can discover and recognise the influential work carried out by this group.
SOLUTION: Associate the brand with the values of peace of mind and a smooth calm life for homeowner associations thanks to having access to trained, effective professionals when it comes to solving and anticipating problems.
RESULTS: Enhancing the status of this chartered profession both internally and externally, associating it with a clear, direct and recognisable baseline: PEACE OF MIND HAS A BRAND.
