CREATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE BRANDING PROGRAMME: BRANDING, CORPORATE IDENTITY, VISUAL SYSTEM, SIGNAGE, OFFLINE AND ONLINE COMMUNICATION, WEBSITE, ETC.
CHALLENGE: To create a professional brand for all the chartered property managers in Spain.
RESULTS: Meeting the challenges of increased awareness and reputation of a collective comprising more than 15,000 professionals.
SOLUTION: Creation of a simple yet unique brand with a strong concept and clear narrative.
BRAND CONSTRUCTION: The resulting logo is an arrow that symbolises the advances made by the profession. It comprises 38 points that represent the 38 professional associations located throughout Spain and in turn it is a house symbolising the protection offered to each individual chartered property manager.
